Data Analyst

This position is responsible for supporting all UAI organizations by maintaining quality data in the various application databases, identifying and resolving control issues that contribute to data integrity problems, importing and exporting data to support various projects and operational needs and designing, and developing and maintaining reports for internal and external customers.  This position also supports designated 3rd party software in use by the UAI companies and participates in additional projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/knowledge/abilities:

• Must have advanced knowledge of MS SQL to perform the essential functions of this position.  These skills and are usually obtained through a combination of formal education and /or three (3) years experience. 
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
• Must possess a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software. (Microsoft Office platform.).
• Strong analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various problems, and prioritize work.
• Work requires continual attention to establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with data marts and OLAP is preferred.
